Substitute Teacher Requirements in Arizona:
To qualify as a substitute teacher, you must have:

• An official college transcript showing a bachelor’s degree or higher

• A valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card

• A $60 application fee

Teacher's Aide Requirements in Arizona (varies by district):
To qualify as a Teacher's Aide, you must have:

• A high school degree and some college hours

• A valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card​
